About
I am Sammy, I’m a BSc-qualified health coach supporting people with health conditions, pain and injuries, and the changes that can come with midlife.
I’ve recently returned to teaching to share my passion for holistic sports and clinical therapy. In partnership with Holistic Therapies Academy, I teach Level 3, 4 and 5 sports therapy diplomas alongside my own bodywork and health practitioner courses.
